Please use this form to apply for an exemption from 2024 Benchmarking for buildings for which the certificate of occupancy was issued between January and December 2023, or construction was ongoing in 2023.

Owners of covered buildings that are new construction, with certificate of occupancy issued January-December 2023, may be eligible for a 2024 exemption. If construction was ongoing throughout 2023, the building may also be eligible for an exemption.
