Chicago Energy Benchmarking Covered Building & ID Request Form

Instructions: Please use this form to request your property’s 6-digit Chicago Energy Benchmarking ID or to confirm that your property is covered by the Ordinance. The 6-digit Chicago Energy Benchmarking ID must be added to your Portfolio Manager building profile prior to reporting to the City and is included in the notification letters sent by the City. You may also find your property’s 6-digit Chicago Energy Benchmarking ID in the Covered Building List.

You may use this form to request up to 10 Chicago Energy Benchmarking IDs.  If you have more than 10 ID requests, please submit additional ID Request forms.

This form can also be used to request a single Chicago Energy Benchmarking ID, or to report multiple buildings as a campus.
